Minielle is a senior communications professional with more than 18
years of experience collaborating with private sector companies,
international and national organisations, research institutions, and think
tanks that operate in African contexts.

She holds a bachelor’s in sciences from the University of Montreal (Canada) and a Master of Arts in Social and Public Communications from the University of Quebec in Montreal (Canada).

She worked as a consultant for Research Centres such as International
Development and Research Centre (IDRC), the CCAFS programme (ICRISAT), Institut Sénégalais de Recherches Agricoles (ISRA), and the Centre for Technical and Rural Agriculture (CTA).

She has extensive work experience in thematics linked to Agriculture and
Rural Development, Climate Change, Natural Resources Management, and
Food & Nutrition Security.
