Project brief

OTT will facilitate a process to develop a communication strategy for PEP. We will:

  • Undertake a branding workshop, facilitated by Soapbox
  • Support the director of communications to develop PEP’s communications strategy
  • Support the director of communications as she begins to implement the strategy
  • Provide direct support to the executive director to develop her own personal communication skills
