The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has a comprehensive guide on country-level policy engagement for country programmes.The challenge, as many organisations will attest, is how to get busy programme staff to engage with and use the material.
OTT was hired to help transform the guide into a short, interactive, self-taught online course for IFAD teams. The course seeks to familiarise audiences with key concepts and ideas , prompt staff to think about the relevance and importance of policy engagement in their work, and introduce key tools, resources and support to improve policy engagement in their projects.
