This page tells you (“you” means the party contracting with On Think Tanks/OTT Consulting Ltd for courses) the terms and conditions on which we (“we”, “us” means On Think Tanks/OTT Consulting Ltd) supply training courses and is to be read in conjunction with our FAQs available on the On Think Tanks website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a course on our website. You should understand that by booking any course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
NOTE: These Terms and conditions also apply to the stand-alone webinars offered by the On Thank Tanks School, unless it is clearly stated in each section that they do not apply to the stand-alone webinars.
Booking and course fee
Course booking can be made via our website following the link in each of the courses. Please select the course(s) that you require and you will be redirected to the Eventbrite platform, where you are asked to enter all the information needed and select the preferred payment option. If you do have any questions before the booking, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
Please note that a booking is binding and unless cancelled 2 weeks prior to the course start, cancellation charges apply.
Payment terms
Our standard payment terms are that payment is taken at booking (using Paypal). If payment via Paypal is not possible, please register for the course and select ‘Other Payment Options’. As soon as your booking is complete, we will send an invoice to you.
If payment by invoice has been agreed, the payment needs to be made 30 days from the date of invoice or prior to the course start date, whichever is sooner.
When courses require a minimum number of participants to be delivered you will be asked to register but asked to submit payment only once that minimum is reached.
Discounts and group bookings
Our goal is to be accessible and available for as many people as possible. With this in mind, we offer various types of discounts and promotions.

Cancellations
Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your course the following charges will apply:
- More than 2 weeks prior to the course start date – no charge.
- 2 to one 1 prior to the course – 50% of the course fee.
- Less than 1 week prior to the course – full fee.
Cancellation must be made in writing, sent to [email protected] and received by the due date.
Non-attendance
If you do not attend a course, and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
Unforeseen circumstances
On occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
If the minimum number of bookings required to run a course is not met, and if On Think Tanks has to cancel a course for this reason, we will endeavor not to do so less than 14 days prior to the course date.
Intellectual property rights
You acknowledge that On Think Tanks/OTT Consulting Ltd own all of the intellectual property rights of the materials. You may use materials for the purpose of completing the training assignments in your own name or in the name of your organisation. No content in whole or in part of the materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, linked to or used in any way without the prior written permission of On Think Tanks/OTT Consulting Ltd.
The presentations and other materials provided by the course may be reproduced partially or totally but not used for commercial purposes and must have authorization of the authors with the corresponding attribution. The role of the authors and On Think Tanks as editor should be clearly stated.
Certificates of participation
To receive a certificate, participants will need to submit a task and pay an additional fee. The task will be reviewed by the trainer(s) who will provide the participant with feedback.
