Linnea has worked as an independent researcher/consultant for the past 17 years for a range of organisations and on a variety of subjects under the umbrella of good governance. She has expertise in anti-corruption, open government, social accountability, public financial management, and development cooperation effectiveness. Her interest lies in understanding, measuring, and communicating how change happens at the organisational/institutional, national, and international levels. Currently, with OTT, Linnea is involved in a multi-year project on development cooperation effectiveness in Palestine. She has previously worked on strategy refreshes for philanthropic organisations, including conducting a landscape scan of the transparency, accountability, and participation field and an analysis of the international tax field. Linnea holds an M.Sc. in development studies and a Ph.D. on the subject of political corruption, both from the London School of Economics, as well as a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in international economics and politics from Jönköping International Business School, Sweden.
