OTT Consulting is supporting the Office of the EU Representative (EUREP) in Palestine and European Development Partners (EDPs) to apply the ‘Working Better Together’ approach from 2021 to 2024. Working Better Together through Joint Programming can help European partners to combine international cooperation and development priorities into a common European message and strategy at country level. OTT is working with the EUREP office as well as EDP sector leads to identify, prioritise and address challenges and opportunities for Joint Programming between European partners.
Our interdisciplinary team includes expertise in aid effectiveness, monitoring and evaluation, organisational reform, strategic communications, and evidence systems. OTT is using an adaptive and learning-focused approach to help us move beyond purely technical responses to understand and grapple with complexity and power dynamics.
