Research support service for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (Phase IV)

This project provides on-demand and proactive research support to members of the Development Policy and Finance (DPAF) programme at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Through the Research Support Service, OTT keeps the DPAF team well-informed on sector developments and evidence from diverse sources, enabling programme officers to focus on more strategic activities. This is our fourth year working with the Bill and Melinda Gates’ Development and Policy Finance (DPAF) programme.

We deliver regular research, knowledge and event updates, proactively identify issues of areas for rapid research, and respond to on-demand research requests. Regular topics include: debt and special drawing rights, gender and human capital, domestic revenue mobilisation, multilateral development banks, social protection, development finance, overseas development aid, climate finance and China in the word.
