Project brief
OTT has designed a partner and stakeholder consultation and engagement process for gathering input on the Luminate strategy refresh. This involves gathering lessons learned from other philanthropic foundations on their approaches to stakeholders consultation and engagement during strategic planning cycles as well as gathering insights from Luminate funding leads on their experiences with past consultations and aspirations and expectations for this consultation process.
