The Center seeks to scientifically address disability, identify its causes and intervene. It uses research to guide its planning and evaluation in various areas such as prevention, care and rehabilitation in order to alleviate the suffering of persons with disabilities and to improve their conditions. By doing so, the Center seeks to integrate persons with disabilities into the workforce.
