Ceiri aims to produce research, technical, theoretical, and didactic-pedagogical knowledge in public and private, institutional, and inter-institutional areas, contributing in the formulation of strategic plans of public and private corporations, governmental and nongovernmental institutions, national and international. Such surveys may be presented as products upon request of consulting, or performed to advise the contractor in solving their strategic problems. It also aims to formulate and apply courses of improvement, training, and continuing education, attending the levels of training, extension and post-graduation.
