CEDEM - Gender and Equity is constituted by an interdisciplinary team of professionals. Its main purpose is to contribute to the strengthening of democracy, to contribute to overcoming situations of social exclusion and to the transformation of gender relations, through the generation of knowledge, participation in instances of critical debate, execution of programs of extension and teaching and implementation of actions that promote an active civil society.
