Cercle de la réforme de l’état

The Circle for State Reform is the only think tank completely dedicated to the subject of state reform and the efficiencient management of public policies. Its purpose is to reflect on the experience of its 70 members - as well as all French and foreign information - and compare points of view in the most open manner, regardless of any partisan attachment; to draw up proposals both on the principles of reform and on the means of their implementation, and to debate them before adopting them and disseminating them to political and administrative leaders and public opinion. In addition to organising symposia , meetings , lunch-debates, the Circle produces a range of publications.
