Concito

CONCITO is a climate network with 125 companies, researchers, organisations and individual members. The purpose of CONCITO is to provide analysis and information on the best and most low-cost transition towards a climate-neutral society in Denmark and in other parts of the world. CONCITO carries out analyses, based on existing and new research and practice at home and abroad which can be translated into direct action in politics, in business and by the individual citizen. For the political target group, CONCITO carries out analyses on a continuous basis which are communicated directly to the various parties at the national level and to the local politicians at the municipal level in cooperation with relevant organisations such as Local Government Denmark. For the private sector, CONCITO prepares action catalogues for different types of companies and investors which are communicated directly to the management level of companies in cooperation with relevant trade associations. For citizens and consumers, CONCITO provides knowledge on climate change, policy options and practical options through networking, campaigns or teaching materials in cooperation with relevant organisations, companies and foundations. Projects are financed by independent foundations.
