The Forum of Studies on the Administration of Justice (FORES) is a non-governmental organization founded 40 years ago by a group of independent lawyers who sought efficient and transparent justice at the service of the citizen. Today those ideals keep full force and FORES continues working for justice. The main themes of our daily agenda are the strengthening of the rule of law, the formulation of public policies, the training of judges and lawyers, legal security and access to justice. FORES was born in Buenos Aires, but its work extends to the whole country and Latin America.
