The Social-Democratic Institute (ISD) "Ovidiu Șincai" is a non-profit organization founded on June 4, 2002. The foundation was established with the stated purpose of supporting the process of doctrinal modernization, strengthening and developing democracy in Romania. and in the world, but also with the aim of organizing as efficiently as possible the activity of education and improvement of human resources, to contribute to the professionalization of the political class.
