The Initiative for Public Policy Analysis (IPPA) is a public policy research institute or think tank. Founded in 2002, IPPA's major concern is with the principles and institutions underlying a free and open society, with particular focus on Africa and Nigeria. It undertakes a number of activities, among them research and advocacy on public policy issues. Their core areas of interests include development economics, trade, entrepreneurship, property rights, education, environment, health and security.
