IES is a national center of excellence dedicated to researching and disseminating best practice in manpower planning and labor market issues. IES carries out research and applied consultancy and has an active publishing and dissemination program. IES's mission is to help bring about sustainable improvements in employment policy and human resource management, achieved by increasing the understanding and practice of key decision-makers in policy bodies and employing organizations.
