The Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER) is a semi-autonomous research institute, created in 1969. It is located within the Faculty of Social Studies at the University of Ghana. The Institute’s mission is to carry out activities that promote the socioeconomic development of Ghana and of Africa in general.
