The Institute for Socioeconomic Studies (INESC) focuses on monitoring the public budget with a human rights perspective. Its mission is to contribute to the improvement of representative and participatory democracy aimed at guaranteeing human rights through the articulation and strengthening of civil society to influence the national and international spaces of governance.
