The Institute of Public Policies (IPP) is an independent, non-governmental think tank founded in 2015 in Poland. It mainly works on publishing scientific, analytical and expert insights. Its research areas focus on the general quality of public activities and public policies; public administration; energy, climate and the environment; civil society and the third sector; international affairs. It aims to enhance Polish institutions, build a community of active citizens, and strengthen Poland's position in Europe and in the world. Since 2020, it has been running the Centrum Obywatelskie Centrum C 10 - a publicly accessible space that provides comprehensive assistance for the development of social and civic activities in Krakow. In 2021, it commenced running the EUROPE DIRECT point in Krakow.
