Korea Institute for International Economic Policy

KIEP focuses on the international economy and its relationship with South Korea, advising the national government on all major international economic policy issues and serving as a warehouse of information on South Korean government policies pertaining to international economics. Also, KIEP carries out research projects for foreign institutes and governments in all areas of the South Korean and international economies. Through its research, KIEP aims to examine international factors that threaten economic stability and develop appropriate countermeasures and evaluate implications for Korea and its bilateral economic relations.
