The National Road Safety Observatory (ONSV) is a non-profit social institution dedicated to developing actions that contribute in an effective way to reduce the high rates of traffic accidents in Brazil. ONSV acts as an intelligence body that, through education, research, planning and information, promotes and executes the necessary technical subsidies for the harmonious interaction between people, vehicles and roads.
