Rethink Priorities (RP) was established in 2018. It is a research and implementation group that identifies pressing opportunities to make the world better. It acts upon these opportunities by developing and implementing strategies, projects and solutions to key issues. It engages in this work in close partnership with policymakers, foundations and impact-focused non-profits. RP focuses on important and neglected areas of research including animal welfare, artificial intelligence, climate change, and global health and development.
