The Foundation is an independent centre for study, reflection and initiatives that support social democratic thinking. It wants to contribute to a stimulating way of thinking about the possibilities and limits of social democracy in the current social context. The Foundation has been the new home of Society & Politics since the beginning of 2000. Since 2008 it has been a member of the progressive European think tank FEPS and in 2016, founding member of Denktank Minerva.
