Project brief

In September 2020, OTT established an ongoing, flexible and tailored service to the Development Policy and Finance team at the Gates Foundation. The service – now in its third phase – is designed to ensure the team’s knowledge needs are met. Offering both on-demand and proactive support, the team:

  • Responds rapidly to new requests for policy research and analysis
  • Undertakes ongoing monitoring and scanning of the issues that DPAF is interested in
  • Maintain and nurture a relationship with relevant think tanks and their experts (and monitor their work)
  • Draws from a pool of skills and expertise when required.

Phase 2: August 2021 to January 2023

Phase 1 (9 months): Total budget is USD 199,800 in fees

Phase 2 (18 months): Total budget is USD 373,125 in fees

Phase 3 (12 months): Total budget is USD 310,000 in fees
