Fiorella has 20 years of experience in business, commercial management and strategic planning. She has worked for diverse private sector organisations in the global south. She has lead businesses & results, with direct responsibility on commercial development and financials, and profitability performance. She has lead the design and development of products and services portfolio under mission driven approaches that contributed to the transformation of the organisations. Since joining OTT Fiorella has developed the financial systems and processes for OTT over the last 2 years based on OTTs mission and mid-term objectives. Fiorella is an economist with a master’s degree in business administration.
