The Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP) is a Southern-led global organisation dedicated to supporting development in the Global South. PEP asked OTT to support it in designing a new business model to develop a research delivery function in support of this mission.
OTT’s support includes: developing a new business model that is cost-effective, sustainable, resilient, and that responds to relevant opportunities and challenges as well as PEP’s history, mission and comparative advantages; helping to develop a communications and marketing plan; and considering a sustainability/scaling plan to ensure long term resilience of the research development service.
