We are supporting ACED, a Benin-based think tank, to expand the reach of its impact from the national to regional level.

ACED, an independent think tank based in Benin, is dedicated to reducing poverty and hunger among vulnerable communities through research, policy, and local action. With a decade of impactful work in Benin, ACED now seeks to expand its activities to the regional level.

In collaboration with ACED, OTT Consulting will support an internationalisation process, providing a strategy refresh and targeted recommendations, a resource mobilisation plan, and a communications plan.
