The Party School of the Tibet Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China was established in 1961, and the Tibet Autonomous Region Administration College was established in 1991. The school (academy) implements a "one institution, two brands" management system. It is a school under the direct leadership of the district party committee and government to train party members and junior and middle-level civil servants.
