CEPB's main objective is to promote and actively participate in the country's social and economic development, supporting the philosophies of free business and the market economy as essential principles of this process. To fulfill this objective, CEPB represents and develops interest in private activities for the collective well-being and social and economic development of the nation; promotes and diffuses the principles of free enterprise and the market economy; promotes relationships among and maintains dialogue with all sectors of the country; promotes relationships among the managerial and labor sectors to achieve an appropriate social balance; and promotes relationships with international organizations and foreign governments.
