Fundación IDEA is one of the first public policy think tanks in Mexico. It is a non-governmental and non-profit organization whose mission is to design and promote innovative public policies that foster equal opportunities for Mexicans through economic development and poverty reduction; as well as being a source of independent analysis for government officials and the general public. Fundación IDEA is dedicated to generating information and designing policies that influence the future of Mexico.
