Fundación Progreso y Democracia is the space for all citizens to work together for the progress of society. The Foundation is a private non-profit organization, for general interest purposes. Sponsored by the political party Union, Progress and Democracy (UPyD), it was established in early 2009, registered in the Register of the Ministry of Culture and accepted by the Ministry of Culture by order CUL/320/2009, of 27 January, published in the B.O.E. on 18 February.
