The Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS) was established in June 2014. It is a Pakistan-based independent, non-governmental and not-for-profit think tank. IPDS aims to strengthen Pakistan’s role in global diplomacy and peace through a range of initiatives including research, advocacy, dialogues, education modules and consultancy services. Its thematic areas are peace, tolerance and conflict resolution, sustainable development, public diplomacy, inclusive governance, women's role in peace and leadership, and diplomatic studies.
