LIDEMA is a network of non-governmental organizations working many environmental topics. It includes 19 organizations from all over Bolivia at the moment. Founded in 1985, LIDEMA is a national reference in environmental matters, known specially for its publications and advocacy work. It has activeely participated in the discussions leading to the creation of the Environment Act in Bolivia and other laws. It works with partners from different sectors on 4 pillars: productive development, environmental management, social development and institutional stregthening. Our vision is to contribute to the construction of a just, equitable and sustainable society through synergies and capacity development with different sectors.
