Project brief
The project involves reviewing OIT/CINTERFOR’s strengths and current thinking about its business model, reviewing comparators (regional or global support networks) and providing options for the organisation to pursue. In addition, OTT will provide a recommended roadmap to undertake a systematic organisational change process in 2022/23.
