Project brief
The Open Society Foundations and the Transparency and Accountability Initiative asked OTT to design and deliver a retreat for the EDs of organisations that they fund in Africa and other parts of the world. The retreat, a pilot, will offer up to 20 participants the opportunity to:
- Learn from each other;
- Tackle common challenges;
- Offer peer support; and
- Explore how best to establish future relationships and partnerships
The retreat is modelled after OTT’s Conferences.
