The KUSOM Policy Lab, also known as the Policy Lab, is a public policy think tank at the Kathmandu University School of Management in Nepal. Its main objective is to promote evidence-based policies and address diverse issues towards creating a prosperous and just society. The Policy Lab comprises a group of specialists, experts working in creative spaces, and university students. These groups collectively analyse complex policies and provide recommendations for policy reform. The Policy Lab employs multi-prolonged strategies such as design-thinking, human-centric innovation, capacity building, policy advocacy, networking, and collaboration.
