Project brief
OTT was brought in to design, facilitate and report for the IDRC scalingXchange event in Mexico City, 23-25 March 2020. The scalingXchange event was a conference that brings together experts and practitioners involved in scaling research across the world.
Due to COVID-19 OTT and IDRC changed the project to a online series of convenings. It involved Slack discussions, a series of 4 fish bowl sessions and a final panel. The discussions were led by 20+ scaling advisors from the Global South.
