This project evaluates a five-year initiative aimed at strengthening leadership in education systems across the Teach For All network through facilitated peer-to-peer learning, research and targeted support.
OTT has been commissioned by Teach For All to carry out an evaluation of its BHP Foundation funded five-year initiative: Collective Leadership and Global Learning for Community Impact. The initiative sought to empower and amplify the impact of leaders who are locally rooted and globally informed.
As the project enters its second phase, OTT will evaluate and act as a learning partner to:
- Synthesise progress made under the partnership so far and identify any areas for further improvement.
- Inform the next phase of work with feedback and insights from key stakeholders within the Teach For All network and beyond.
